- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I almost always charge by the job, not by the hour, so the price you are quoted is the price thats paid, so no surprises. If something comes up thats not on the original bid, i will discuss it first with the customer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Putting them at ease letting them know i will take care of their needs at an affordable price and doing my best to satisfy.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started out as a general labor person on the building of Aaron Spellings' house in California 25 years ago. I started glueing wallpaper and removing wallpaper for my mother who had her own business after that. I just started learning all i can after that and eventually went out on my own many years ago.
