Tim did a great job matching the new to existing textures in our ceilings. The popcorn texture is now gone, and all our ceilings are identical, which looks very nice. When I had questions about the job timeline, process or other details, Tim always responded very quickly over text. Tim installed dry walls in the basement in our house built in 1926. The existing framing was uneaven and very challenging. After Tim installed the dry walls, the ceiling and the walls looked like in a brand new house. Tim was very committed to provide quality work. He was always punctual and he kept to the agreed-upon schedule and deadline. He demonstrated understanding that other contractirs were coming behind him, and he kept to the timeline and quality of work. At one point, Tim worked alongside another contractir on another project in our basement and he demonstrated high professionalism and good team work. Tim was very organized and clean during and after his work. I strongly recommend Tim!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I almost always charge by the job, not by the hour, so the price you are quoted is the price thats paid, so no surprises. If something comes up thats not on the original bid, i will discuss it first with the customer.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Putting them at ease letting them know i will take care of their needs at an affordable price and doing my best to satisfy.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started out as a general labor person on the building of Aaron Spellings' house in California 25 years ago. I started glueing wallpaper and removing wallpaper for my mother who had her own business after that. I just started learning all i can after that and eventually went out on my own many years ago.
