- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is competitive within the roofing market. We can install several different material options to meet the needs of the customer. We also offer 100% financing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer a few different options for our new customer process. One option is to make an appointment and have us come out to the house and go over the project, materials, and company with you in person for a 15 minute no pressure consultation. If we are there longer than 15 minutes, its because you are still asking questions. This is our preferred method. The next option is to have us use our roofing software to measure your roof from a remote location using google satellite imagery. We can email you an estimate on the same day. This works 90% of the time. The only parts we cannot see are current layers of roofing, or highly tree covered areas. Once you get our estimate and you like our numbers, we can schedule a follow up visit to cover any additional information or questions, and verify site conditions.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are Certified Master shingle applicators through Certainteed and can offer their extended warranty coverage for labor and materials and disposal fees for up to 50 years.
