We have multiple discount offers that we run regularly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first step is to reach out to the customer to set up a quick free tile assessment appointment. This is where we come out to the site, assess the tile and grout’s current condition, talk with the customer about goals for the space and come up with a game plan. From there we generate a quote. Once the quote is approved we set up an appointment for the service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The owner of Sproos Tile Services has 20+ years as a commercial and residential tile installer and estimator and also went through a IICRC STM Course.
