- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Free estimates, no obligation and no questions asked if you decide you don't want the service performed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, we will schedule a time to call and discuss your project in more detail. We may ask for pictures prior to the phone call. After that, we then schedule a time to meet one on one to inspect the property or project area. From there, we then create an estimate which will be emailed to our customer for review. Questions and comments are always welcome. We want to help you with your dream project. Please note that it is difficult to give an estimate without looking at what needs to be done and we like to be mindful at every turn. That's the SATI way. At the end of the process, we will send an invite to leave us a review.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Ask questions, remember that you are paying for a service and you want to make sure all your questions are answered and all your requests are met. Be specific about what you want done. We encourage pictures be sent with request but it is not required.
