Hi Errin, I am so thrilled with my new lawn, is absolutely beautiful and pictured on your site!!! Your crew was wonderful, they were kind, very polite, answered all of my questions and were just good young men. They worked hard all day and cleaned up after they were done...I hope they will be the crew that will come back for my monthly maintenance. Thank you again for being so responsive with your initial quote and phone calls and for getting the job done quickly. Anyone reading this review....I would definitely refer Key Concepts Landscape Maintenance. Thank you again for giving me a beautiful yard!! Jill

We have been extremely happy with all of Creekscape's work. We saw them working in our daughter's neighborhood and asked for quotes and ideas. Juan used only our basic concepts or desired results and told us what he could do, how he would do it and the final costs. We are now signed up for our third major landscape project on two different properties. The results have exceeded our expectations. When we had concerns about costs, Juan made recommendations that accomplished more than we were looking for at a better price. Our work has included significant demolition of old railroad tie walls, decking, drainage piping, removal of bad slopes that caused flooding. Then, new pavers, significant wall construction, stairways, boulder placement, leveling and large sod work. Again, now were having Juan and his crew back for additional work, expanding areas. They were all extremely careful of adjoining work and features that we wanted to retain, careful of existing underground drainage and supply piping. They included the haul away of debris, clean up all complete turn key projects, within our agreed to budget and schedule. Juan's management of our complex projects included coordination with paver suppliers, boulder suppliers, clean fill dirt, sod and large earth moving equipment delivery and pickup. Everything seemed to show up just at the right time for the next phase of work. We highly recommend Juan Gutierrez's Creekscape Design for any landscape, patio, decking projects. We've engaged them 3 times now and would do again in the future.

Our Tigard back yard was an (un)holy mess, full of bumps, holes and packed clay dirt, with only patches of weedy grass. It was difficult and very unpleasant to mow, and needed a lot of hard manual labor to fix. I contacted 4 Thumbtack landscape contractors, and asked each to bid on fixing the soil in the yard, and laying new RTF sod. Julian's bid, at $3000, was a few hundred less than the next lowest contractor, and less than half the cost of the high bid, which came from a contractor so busy they wouldn't be able to "squeeze us in" for 2 weeks. Julian was able to start immediately after his current job. I went with Julian and am very happy I did. He ordered the RTF sod I wanted to use, even though it wasn't from his usual supplier. He and his helper Chapulin (Grasshopper) worked their butts off for 3 days to strip off the top layer of patchy grass/weeds, add organics and fertilizer to the clay-soil in the yard, rototill everything, and level it all out. They covered our shady "no-grass" areas with hemlock bark dust. The sod arrived at 8:30 a.m. on our last day, and Julian and Chapulin were cutting and laying it down on the newly prepped yard within an hour. They were done by the end of the day with our 2 back yard areas and the front yard (about 1600 sq ft total). Julian also recommended that we change the location of a few of our in-ground sprinklers so we would get better coverage when watering. I agreed and he added this to the project for a very reasonable additional cost. Bottom line: Julian is professional, skilled, efficient, and very reasonable on cost. He listens well and doesn't hesitate to suggest and explain his own ideas for landscape repair. I would hire him again without reservation, and I recommend him wholeheartedly.

G & G Yard Care

G & G Yard Care are the best! I had to have a small barrier wall installed on my front yard (neighbor with a giant truck and no sense of direction was constantly rolling into my yard, tearing it up all winter). After a minor snarl, initially (supplier loaded the wrong materials), work went on apace. I set up a meet on Sunday, they came and gave me a MOST reasonable estimate--the yard was completely overgrown, so they tamed that, in addition to the wall construction. The wall was finished in three days' time, and looks GREAT, not to mention it's reduced my stress-level by an amazing amount, not having to worry about tail lights in my front yard. I've contracted them to maintain the yard (I'm disabled and it's hard for me to keep up, on my own), now that the wall's done. Over time, I'd like to extend that wall to encompass the entire front yard, and they'll be the ones to do that, as well. I'm very happy with the work--they work HARD, too--no sitting around on "breaks" every half an hour, as I've seen *other* yard workers do, no overcharges on material, and they were MOST accommodating when it came to scheduling; I have "Non-24", so I don't have a regular sleep pattern, and I generally wind up sleeping mornings. Most contractors want to start at the crack of dawn, but G & G actually LISTENED to MY needs in the matter, and agreed to come out afternoons to do the work. The ENTIRE job was done in four days, from appraisal to clean-up, and THEY totally cleaned up everything when they were finished. All in all, a very positive experience that I'd happily recommend to anyone in need of RELIABLE, consistent yard care and landscaping. G & G Rocks! ;o]

Between 2008 and 2012 I've used Laras Construction for a range of jobs on three Oregon residential properties my family owns. Laras' work has ranged from relatively small flooring or landscape jobs to serving as prime contractor on a $300,000 major residential remodel/addition. Laras prices were always fair, the work performed on time, and they were great people to work with. i look forward to working with Laras Construction again. Mike Carnahan

Eric was extremely easy to work with, listened to all of our concerns and accomplished exactly what we set out to do. I would recommend him and his team again and again. A project that would've taken us weeks, or even months, took his team 3 days! They were troopers too (the weather was absolutely horrible, but they worked through it to get the job done). I can't thank them enough, and I will definitely keep them in mind if we have any landscape questions in the future.
