- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am upfront about my pricing and costs prior to my clients signing their contract. I don’t have hidden fees because that’s not how I like to do things. It’s important that my clients know everything upfront so they can make a solid decision and we’re all on the same page.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I want my clients to be involved in the process and become excited. I’ll ask a lot of questions regarding what you want, what your vision and ideas are. Because let’s face it, you are my focus and it’s important to me that I understand exactly what you want and EXACTLY what you’ll swoon over.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have shot an engagement session, wedding, family gatherings, pet photography, business events and still portraits for everyday life and business. I do a lot of product photography on my own time.
