- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our focus is on stellar service, professional service, transparent communication, event and cocktail expertise, and polished, reputable staff.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Finding out your needs and vision for your celebration or event- and taking care of everything for you, like the professionals we are. Don't worry about how much of what you'll need, what drinks your crowd will want, how many pounds of ice you'll need- we will cover all the bases. We DO also offer "plug-n-play" bartenders pricing, if you want to take care of everything up to the pouring of the wine and the shaking of the cocktails- and of course, we'll clean up the whole bar area before we go.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All staff provided through Superior is experienced, friendly, and dependable. Owner, booker, and lead bartender Sadie is an experienced service industry professional. She's tended bar at neighborhood establishments, nightclubs, large high-volume restaurants, festivals, and elite private events. She has been a food cart/micro-restaurant owner and entrepreneur since 2011. All staff is certified in their respective roles- OLCC/DPSST/MAST, etc. Current license numbers and expiration dates are confirmed upon hire, recorded, and checked before each individual event. Almost all staff is a direct member of Sadie's professional network of 15+ years in Portland's service industry, and are reputable and reliable.
