Not only did this company hire a subcontractor, they hired a subcontractor that did the following (instead of just fixing the fence, as hired): They broke the fence, in order to gain access to the other side, rather than walk around to the alley way street. They broke multiple parts of the fence, while "repairing" it that were left broken, with nails not hammered and bottoms of the slats left exposed (not underground). They left concrete everywhere when it was supposed to be underground. They uprooted THREE conifers and left them exposed in winter weather (ultimately, killing one). If you decide to hire this company, make absolute sure they are the the ones doing the work and hold them to their results afterward. SO unprofessional and a waste of money and time.Mar 23, 2015
Excellent customer service and product. John installed 150 ft. of perfect fence for our yard, and was on-budget and on-time for everything. I would definitely recommend Fix-A-Fence and I'll be calling them again for other projects.Mar 5, 2015Verified
