Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: I own a small, local service company with low overhead. I do my own work personally. It's all about quality workmanship, good speed, and a fair price. Over the years, I have done many basement remodels, some kitchens and bathrooms, total home restoration projects. I do have a list of other services I and my customers have relied on in the past. You are welcome to that information for free. Personally, I am very good with demo, rough framing, doors, windows, egress windows, trim work, drywall, mud and tape, plaster, skim coating, water damage, dry rot, mold, mildew, restoration of walls and ceilings, and some roof repair. I can handle your large project, or I can allow you access to all my trusted professionals so that you can handle your own project and save money. As for price, I suggest you stop thinking about a cheap hourly rate and start thinking more about the project's total cost. A cheap $10 an hour guy will usually cost more than a $30 to 40 an hour professional at project's end. With a cheap hourly rate guy, you may possibly get a good deal, but in most cases, you will end up with unfinished work or incorrectly done work, and you may end up having to tear down and do the job all over again. I see that all the time, and god forbid, if the cheap guy gets injured, you can be looking at a complete financial meltdown. So, just stick with a real professional who does their own work and who charges a fair total price.
