- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My personal chef cost is $250 for a week's meals plus food cost. Catering costs can range anywhere from $25-? depending on the menu.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We talk on the phone after an initial email request and quote. I gather information about the clients' vision for this service, along with any specific food requirements. We discuss logistics and schedule for the service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Growing up in New Orleans, I worked in the front and back of house in numerous restaurants. I worked in catering sales for WestIn Hotels. I was a partner in a catering business in SoCal, and had a Creole cafe in Bend.
