- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe we offer excellent service and ingredients at a fair price. Please talk to us about your budget and we will always try to make it work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Let's start a conversation either through email, text, phone call or lets meet up for coffee, whatever is easier for you. I'll gather a bit of info from you about your event then i'll send you a first quote/menu within 36 hours. If you like what you see then we will make sure we have the details about your event and send a final proposal. We then can meet for a tasting (If requested) and if everything looks good we will sign the agreement and require a 50% deposit to reserve the date and we will take care of everything from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Between the three owners we have over 40 years of food and beverage service experience. If you would like more details or referrals just ask and we have no problem providing those.
