My Vice Catering is a fantastic company. Their values for locally sourced and sustainable products is in line with what we believe in. They also pay and treat their staff so well. The bartenders we happy, efficient, and fun. The staff did an amazing job of busing and cleaning up. They arrived on time and prepared. Then there is the food.... so yummy. We got soooo many compliments from our guests. The appetizers were beautiful and delicious. They used the charcoal bbq at the venue and it really added to the experience and made the food so fresh. All the sauces, salsas, and attention to detail on the buffet table was great. Tarl was very communicative with us throughout the entire process. They handled all the rentals, we just had to pick what we wanted. So easy! If you are planning an event, hire My Vice Catering. Seriously, just do it. They are awesome!

Tarl and the entire team with MyVice Catering were such a breath of fresh air to work with. They recently catered our 200 person wedding and far exceeded our expectations in making our wedding perfect! MyVice isn't afraid to step outside the typical "wedding food" box and spice things up! We went with Southern/Cajun style food and the guests were blown away with the quality, flavor and uniqueness of all the dishes served, we received so many complements! Tarl and his team were so on point and professional, they even had a staff member shucking oysters for our very own oyster bar! No matter the request MyVice was happy to make our vision come to life and I could not recommend them enough for any type of event you may be planning! Way to rock it guys!

My vice catering catered our wedding reception for 200 people this last July. They were professional from the start. They met with us one on one to go over budget, theme, and to truly get to know us so that the food would reflect our style. They also worked well within our budget and got creative to make sure we stayed within our means but still provided everything we wanted. They also use local food and are comitted to using sustainable products, which was important to us. At the event itself, they took care of everything from set up to clean up so we didnt have to worry about anything. The food was incredible, the cocktails were unique and delicious and the tablescapes were perfect. Everyone kept asking us who catered our event. The staff was also very professional and were on top of it throughout the night. I would highly recommend My Vice Catering! You won’t regret it!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We believe we offer excellent service and ingredients at a fair price. Please talk to us about your budget and we will always try to make it work.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Let's start a conversation either through email, text, phone call or lets meet up for coffee, whatever is easier for you. I'll gather a bit of info from you about your event then i'll send you a first quote/menu within 36 hours. If you like what you see then we will make sure we have the details about your event and send a final proposal. We then can meet for a tasting (If requested) and if everything looks good we will sign the agreement and require a 50% deposit to reserve the date and we will take care of everything from there.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Between the three owners we have over 40 years of food and beverage service experience. If you would like more details or referrals just ask and we have no problem providing those.
