Abdu was terrific! On time, courteous, and always giving me a clear idea of what he was doing to fix the problem. He had to retrieve all of my data from the hard drive and then reset to the factory settings; everything was saved. Then he set up the computer restored all of my files and made sure the computer was connecting with the printer. I would use him again for any problem I have.

My computer was a mess. He had to come back to my house for a second visit and then take my computer home with him to finish. Very professional. Got the job done. Amazing. And thank you. Wonderful experience and would highly recommend him.

I really appreciated that Abdu was both Friendly & Polite, and especially that he was very knowledgeable! I was having difficulty connecting to the internet, and Abdu quickly detected that I had certain services that were not starting – which he quickly corrected. My computer problem was upgrading from Win7 to Win10 on my portable computer. Microsoft Support tried to assist me but ended up corrupting the hard drive. They told me to find a local guru for a clean installation. Abdu worked over the weekend and installed Win10 and Lenovo drivers. Turn around time was appreciated as was his competence.
