Even though "The Geek" couldn't come to my office to inspect my copier because Thumbtack routed my request to him and he lives over a hundred miles away, he took the time to do an analysis over the phone and give me some DIY tips on a potential fix. And of that didn't work, he offered his professional opinion on a replacement. You have to respect this guy!

TC did a great job fixing a pesky printer jam in my HP color jet Printer. He fit me in at the end of a very busy day and arrived on time ready to tackle the issue.He was required to pretty much break down the entire Printer to reach the jam. I personally watched his problem-solving skills and attention to detail. He definitely will return to my business to fix any office. Printer that gives us a problem. He knows what he’s doing and he is a very personable guy. In the 20 years, I’ve owned my business. I have used a lot of outside service. People TC is in a class by himself.
