- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$50/hr, flat $35 travel within reasonable distance.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
"Show me where it hurts, lets re-create the problem." and once I've got the big picture, I'll happily tell what you need nomatter what, what is worth it and what just isn't. Doing it the right way includes giving the same advice I would to a family member.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have "A Plus" certification, but everything I know is hands on, solving problems as I go. And I've been doing this for a long time.
