We had several issues and two computers: re-establishing passwords; external drive problems; iTunes problems; files & external drives moving from one computer to the other. (Dropbox no longer allows differences in OS between origin & destination.)
Steve listened carefully to what we wanted and quietly set about making everything work smoothly.

Steve showed up on time and diagnosed the problems with my computer very quickly. He came well prepared to do battle with the Beast that my computer had become. He explained just what he was fixing (although much of it went over my head). Steve was the consummate professional and it wasn't too long that I had the "Smoking Fast" computer I originally bought back again. What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I don't think I will ever stop myself from learning new things. I am always reading and teaching myself new things in life.
What types of customers have you worked with?
It is really a bit different with each case. The problem that people come to me the most about would be that their computer is running too slowly and that they want me to speed it up for them. Usually this can be done with software changes alone but sometimes it requires a hardware purchase.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
It really is hard to pick "the right one" when it comes to repairing a computer. If a person or company feels right then likely it is, so go for it. If a person or company is not willing to work with you then don't do it.
