Introduction: My work is experiential and interactive. I am not interested in just listening to you. I draw from experiential models of therapy that inspire insight, promote interaction, and heighten awareness.
I was drawn to counseling as a profession through my appreciation for people and for relationships. Life for many of us can be difficult. With my clients, I play a crucial role in the alleviation of pressure and stress from challenges that are at times overbearing.
