Unlimited stars to the team. Will Eichelberger and Don’t Mess with the Bride quite literally made our wedding day run perfectly. I can't thank him and Sarah Coffman enough for how insanely special and calm they made our day! This team is professional, punctual, fun, and they know their stuff.
We made the decision to throw a September 2025 wedding in June of 2025 and anyone planning a wedding knows that it’s hard enough planning a wedding a year in advance, let alone less than 4 months in advance. I told myself I deserved a *little treat* in the form of a day-of-coordinator and, honestly, it was the best treat I’ve ever given myself. The value is unbeatable for the peace of mind I had leading up to (and through) my wedding day.
Not that I ever plan to have another wedding but seriously would hire Will again. Wish I could have him coordinate my daily life because I could certainly benefit from that.

Amazing amazing AMAZING! Hiring Will and his team to help with the planning and coordination of my wedding was the best decision ever. Will is organized, friendly, creative and flexible which made him such a great addition to our wedding. He was a wonderful calming presence in the middle of all the wedding madness! He had great ideas and he worked hard to find a way to make the seemingly impossible happen, often even better than I envisioned, in executing my wedding vision. Will is THE BEST.

Hiring Don't Mess With The Bride was the best thing I did for my wedding. Will and his employee Tom were organized, professional, flexible, and efficient, and couldn't have made our wedding day any better or smoother. We used them for day-of coordination, and my wedding was a little outside the norm; it was an afternoon wedding, with a lot of stuff crammed into a very short timeline. Will and Tom took all of my requests in stride, and when we had a flower vase disaster right before my ceremony was supposed to start, Will handled it so smoothly that more than a few of my guests came up to tell me about how awesome they were, and what a great job they did. I had no idea anything had even happened - to me, my wedding day was completely stress free, because these two handled all of the details with care and respect for my wishes. To top it all off, they were the most reasonably priced service I could find, and after my experience with them I would be hard pressed to find someone as well qualified. Worth every penny we spent and then some.

Will and Kari are amazing! Choosing to hire Don't Mess With the Bride was some of the best money we spent in our wedding budget. Because of Will and his team our rehearsal was fun, our wedding day was smooth and we were able to just enjoy all the people gathered with us instead of focusing on paying vendors, keeping the timeline on track and keeping glasses full. Thanks for everything! Our wedding was so much better than either of us ever imagined it could be, and Don't Mess With the Bride was a huge part of that!
Best money spent was with Don't Mess With The Bride because they deliver just that - no one messed with me or my love with any details to do with coordination of the wedding day. I couldn't have had a better wedding, everything was PERFECT - at least from my perspective and my guests. I learned later there were some hiccups that Will and Tom from Don't Mess With The Bride took care of yet during our event everything seemed to go off as planned.
When I hired Don't Mess With The Bride I found much more help then expected. Will and Tom meet with me and went over all the details of my wedding. Let me say I was missing a lot. They helped me with details you don't find in books: like who is provides the napkins and then who folds them??? They were available for questions and support, which you will need!
I love the company name because its what they do!
Again of all the wedding expenses Will and Tom with Don't Mess With the Bride were worth their weight in gold!! I am so grateful to have found them!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We make Wedding coordination affordable for all sorts of budgets. We have affordable packages starting with 4 hours of coordination + a Rehearsal. Need more time, just let us know, and we can add a few hours on with our rates. If you'd like more help planning, we've got that too!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have studied graphic design and interior design. I also have experience with detailed project management.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Helping friends - They'd ask, and I'd just hop in and cover the details for their special day. It made me realize how important it is to have a point person for their special day, and I just started doing it for other folks!
