I have worked with Logan dealing with the aftermath of roofers replacing my roof. The roofers left the dormer with damaged shingles & damaged siding near the roof line on the body of the house. I had to call the roofers back twice to reinstall the flashing. Logan was very patient, took pictures of the damage so I could escalate progress with the roofing project manager. I am very pleased with the quality of work on my split shingle siding. Besides the work he went above and beyond having to drive to Sandy, Oregon to pick up matching shake siding for my 1899 Old Portland house. I plan to use his skills again soon!!! I will add photos next post.Jan 17, 2020Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? If the project is simple I’ll do a bid. If there are unanswered questions or complexities I simply charge by the hour
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? When starting with a new client I'm very careful when asking about the issue, very often the issue is just a symptom or there are other long term considerations. Also, it's very important to know what the budget and timeline look like so I can make a realistic assessment of the project. Finally, it's critical to have an understanding of the personalities involved since I essentially become a short term house guest until the project is completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have a B.A. and I started building 20 years ago. I have worked on everything from a $40,000 executive table to a $400,000 custom home addition to a $40 garden bench.
