FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each event will vary. However, we are not a cheap DJ company. We pride ourselves on being in business and doing nothing but great business for 20 yrs. We offer a premium service and quality and our ratings are not forced, they speak for themselves. We believe in working to make sure that every event is excellent so that people want us to come back.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to quote potential clients online and allow them to digest the information. I don't believe in a hard sell. I want people to feel the genuine sincerity in what we offer. We want everyone to feel comfortable with us. If the couple decides they want to go with us I like to setup a meeting first before signing a contract or paying any money. That way they can meet me in person and see if the truly feel the same way. Once we sign a contract we require a half down deposit and that is when they officially are on our calendar. At that point we send over a link with access to our music database where our clients begin selecting their songs for wedding and reception. After that we give them space and don't crowd them but we monitor the selection and are available for meetings or phone calls any time all the way up to the wedding date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
There really is no formal schooling for this. However, I attend DJ conventions every year that provide knowledge of new ideas, tips, trends and ways to handle many different scenarios. This training has proven to be invaluable. That is the only "classroom" training available to teach you everything from what products to use to create new ideas to microphone techniques. Taking these classes shows that you're invested in improving your business and your clients' experience.
