About
I’m SO excited you’re here! My name is Kristi, and I am a free-spirited wandering soul with a deep passion for travel, adventure, human connection, and co-creating through this art form. I love both the mountains AND the ocean, so I spend the majority of my year living in a small surf town in Mexico, and the rest of the year traveling around the Pacific Northwest documenting love stories & special seasons of life for others. There are many layers to my joyful existence, but getting to capture couples in love is something that brings me *the most* joy.
My favorite thing in the world is getting to know my clients on a deeper level, so that I can capture your elopement, wedding, or current season of life in a way that feels true to you. My clients almost always end up becoming lifelong friends, and that’s something I really cherish about this business of mine. It connects me to people that become family :)
On the day of your wedding day or during your session, my hope is that I will feel more like a family friend rather than a vendor. My superpower is creating an atmosphere that feels fun, comfortable and grounding.

We were so lucky to have Kristi capture both our engagement and wedding day photos, in Mexico and Oregon! Kristi is a gem of an human as well as being incredibly talented and wonderful to work with. She captured our favorite moments authentically and naturally, which is exactly what we wanted. STOP SCROLLING AND JUST BOOK KRISTI ALREADY, youll thank us one day.I could write an essay on how marvelous and wonderful, professional, and talented Kristi is. We absolute love and adore her as a person and photographer as her ability to make sessions fun, relaxed, and memorable. From the very first time we spoke with her until even today, Kristi truly listens and understands what you want and what you envision, respects your time and ideas, and makes everyone feel so comfortable and welcomed. We chose her for our engagement photos back in October of 2022 and didnt even give it a second thought when booking her again for our wedding in June 2025. Our family still talks about how lovely and friendly Kristi was to them. Looking back on our wedding day, my partner and I talk about one of our highlights of the day was sitting and enjoying an Uncrustable with Kristi and chatting in the few minutes of downtime we had.We will forever cherish these moments and feel so lucky to have Kristi there to capture them. Kristi was an absolute joy to work with. From our very first meeting, I immediately felt comfortable with her and that, to me, is one of the most important things when choosing a wedding photographer. You want someone who truly meets you where you are.My husband and I dont consider ourselves the most photogenic people, so I was a little worried about looking awkward in our photos. But Kristi made us feel completely at ease and present in the moment and I think our photos capture that beautifully.She also did an incredible job documenting the energy and details of our wedding from my dress and our rings to the room, flowers, and all the little moments in between. She listened to us, knew when to step in and when to blend into the background, and our guests absolutely loved her.I would 100% recommend Kristi to anyone looking for a photographer who is not only talented but also kind, intuitive, and a calming presence on your wedding day.

My now-husband and I worked with Kristi for our engagement photos and you should too. We were transplants from the east coast, knowing almost nobody in PDX and never had professional photos taken together. Kristi felt like an instant friend and eased our nerves in front of the camera (something we took back with us to Boston for our wedding day). If itd been in our budget to fly her out for the big day, we would have!!! I cannot sing her praises enough, let this me your sign to BOOK HER! <3

We found Kristi while looking for engagement photographers in the Oregon area. We wanted our photos taken at Cannon beach. Kristi went above and beyond from the second we contacted her. She has an amazing attention to detail, knows the area like the back of her hand, and made us feel so welcome and comfortable. It felt like we had known her for years the first time meeting her. I would recommend her to anyone if you are looking for the best photos ever!
