My request for an estimate was answered immediately. The estimate was reasonable and flexible depending on what we decided to do. We were scheduled for the work in a timely fashion and the teams showed up as planned. We changed our mind about a couple of things along the way and the team adjusted without a problem. There was a small issue with blending of the paint in one area. Ismael immediately came and rectified the issue. I would use them again without hesitation. They are professional, easy to work with and provide a great product for a good price. Thanks for the good work.

Ismael came to our home to do an estimate for an exterior paint job. Unfortunately, we learned that there is an issue with the original siding on our home (painted with lead paint) which leads to bubbles forming in random places that is very difficult and expensive to remedy without replacing the siding or scraping all of the paint down past the original coat. While we didn't utilize his services, we appreciated his honest assessment. He was very responsive, professional, and punctual, and we won't hesitate to reach out to him for future painting projects!

Ismael had great communication with us with quick response time to questions we had about the painting of our kitchen & family room ceilings & walls. The ceilings in both rooms needed sheetrock repairs & texturing. He identified a few other additional areas that needed patching with re-texturing that we missed. He and his team were very professional, punctual, highly qualified and respectful of our personal property. Their skill showed in the sharp cut lines between ceiling and wall. The team had very professional equipment and the skills to use them effectively. We were impressed that our project was completed in a single day with 4 painters and how thorough the cleanup was done. We will be using them in the future for other projects!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A typical process for working with a new customer is the following: 1)Customer will contact us in relations to their project and what services they will be needing from us. 2)We then proceed to scheduling a free onsite consultation to meet and go over the project plans more in detail. 3)We meet on the scheduled consult date and go over: project plans, expectations, questions and any concerns. 4)After the consult the estimator will then email the free bid for the project including any additional details that were spoken on the consult (date availability, etc.). 5)Once client views bid and decides to move forward, they contact us letting us know their decision 6) then schedule the start date for the project and what will be the next steps moving forward (Ex. Contract, Payment progress, etc.) 7)We come to provide our professional painting services and take a project walk-though upon completion of the project.
