We had a great experience getting our older home painted with Malle painting. They were very patient with us, helped us every step of the way and made sure all the details were covered. The crew did a great job prepping, sealing the old lead paint and doing a paint job that will last. Ismael was a great communicator and really worked to keep the job on track.

So happy we went with this company. Ismael and his team were fantastic to work with. He was very quick to respond to all of my questions and update the bid with all my changes. He sent a color specialist to the house to work with me on picking colors (which was included in the bid) and that was so helpful and fun. The job was done in two days and the workmanship is great! I would definitely recommend Malle Painting and will use again!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A typical process for working with a new customer is the following:
1)Customer will contact us in relations to their project and what services they will be needing from us.
2)We then proceed to scheduling a free onsite consultation to meet and go over the project plans more in detail.
3)We meet on the scheduled consult date and go over: project plans, expectations, questions and any concerns.
4)After the consult the estimator will then email the free bid for the project including any additional details that were spoken on the consult (date availability, etc.).
5)Once client views bid and decides to move forward, they contact us letting us know their decision
6) then schedule the start date for the project and what will be the next steps moving forward (Ex. Contract, Payment progress, etc.)
7)We come to provide our professional painting services and take a project walk-though upon completion of the project.
