I planned a customer appreciation event with Dan for over 30 people. Not everyone can accommodate that many people on a wine tour, but Dan made it look effortless. He planned the entire trip for us, from choosing the wineries to organizing and arranging snacks and lunch. We were greeted with sparkling wine when we arrived, and the bus far exceeded my expectations in terms of comfort and luxuriousness. It was a treat. Each winery was lovely in its own way and lunch was hands down a fun experience and delicious. I loved the way Dan educated the group about Oregon wines, the growing process and the tasting process. This was not just a party tour, it was a very fun and educational wine tour. I would highly recommend Dan and his group to anyone seeking out a high-class, entertaining and enjoyable wine tour.

My wife and I were in Portland celebrating our 40th Anniversary. We chose this tour because we saw that it was limited to 6 or less people per tour with a licensed/certified Sommelier. That was Dan. We knew as soon as we saw Dan across the street and then met him that we were going to have a great time. It so happened we were the only folks on his tour that day (5/19/19), so we felt spoiled the whole day to be able to have all of Dan's attention and full access to his expertise of not only Willamette valley wines and wineries, but also the key facts about Portland and the region, including his personal experiences having been a long time resident of the area. We think of ourselves as reasonably knowledgeable about wine in general. But, we learned SO much from Dan and the host wineries/farms on this tour regarding the various grape varietals grown in the valley. We have never been on a wine tour anything like this one. It was an experience that will always be a highlight of our special trip to Portland...one of what will probably be the first of several more trips thanks to the kindness of the people of Portland and the friendly professionals so expert in their fields like Dan. THANK YOU DAN!!

Triangle Wine Country Tours provided us with a fun, unique, and memorable wine tasting experience. Our group was very small which provided an intimate and comfortable setting. Emily chose wineries that all had beautiful views and great wine. We went to Anne Amie, Durant, and Domaine Divio. The charcuterie lunch was absolutely perfect as we sipped wine and looked out at the gorgeous countryside and mountain ranges. The van was in perfect condition and provided a comfortable ride to and from the wineries. Emily was an exceptional tour guide! She had great communication before and during the tour, was punctual, and is an overall blast to be with. She is also extremely knowledgeable about history, wine and beer, and the geography of the region. There was not one questions we asked that she couldn't answer. We learned so much in our day with her! I highly recommend Triangle Wine Country Tours, you will not be disappointed!

We would rate this tour as 6-stars if we could. We spent a recent Saturday touring / tasting at 3 wineries with Dan. He was informative, interesting, entertaining, and kind - we came away from our guided tour with a great deal more understanding of wines in the Williamette Valley as well as a fun memory from our long weekend in the area. Dan was even kind enough give us incredibly useful tips on a day trip to the Pacific coast we planned for the following day. We appreciated the personal approach Dan provided on the tour. We'd highly recommend this tour to anyone looking to taste some wonderful wine, enjoy the beautiful sights of the valley, and learn from a very knowledgeable guide.

Shareable Wine Tours (groups of 2 or 3 are joined together). $179. A great overview of the Willamette Valley with a certified wine professional. Learn to taste wine like a pro! Limited to six people. Groups of five or more become a Private Tour automatically. Private Wine Tours. $179 to $309. Includes tastings with the owners and winemakers, cellar visits, vineyard walks, and more. Curated and guided by a WSET certified wine professional. Limited to six people. Customized Wine Tours. $199. For groups larger than six, let us customize your wine tour for an unforgettable day. Perfect for family reunions, birthdays, corporate team building, and so much more. Prices vary depending on your options.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Reach out to us with any questions you might have; otherwise, all reservations are easily handled online with an immediate email confirmation and a link to our waiver. A few days before your tour we will contact you to finalize your itinerary and pick up time.
