From painting and wallpapering to replacing light fixtures and repairing grout, he took care of everything on our list promptly and at a competitive rate. Wed been looking for a contractors help to finish the trim on a few interior windows, but couldnt find anyone available to take on a small job. Wanted to share our experience with Velit Home Solutions here. Alex & Co. were consistent in their communication, timing and follow through. We met for the initial walk through and estimate where he was able to clearly explain the scope of the work that would need to be done, including portions that I had not considered and were not mentioned by other contractors. We were replacing really old carpet with new vinyl flooring. Alex provided a competitive bid, but the main reason we chose Velit Home Solutions was because of the clear expectation setting that we experienced with them during that walk through. They were very good about moving our furniture with care and got rid of all the carpet waste quickly.The flooring turned out really great and has brightened up the space so much! There were no hidden costs or over runs. He was even reasonable when I had to end up paying via check at the end there.Easy 5 Stars!Thanks again guys~
