Introduction

Wapato Construction is a full scale general contractor licensed, bonded and insured in the state of Oregon. We specialize in garage conversions, accessory dwelling units, and patio covers. We employ sustainable building methods, including deconstruction and salvage, minimizing waste and reducing environmental impact. We always build with efficiency and economy in mind. We work with architects and engineers, but are also able to assist with the design and permitting process.

I’ve worked with a handful of builders over the past few years. Recently hired Justin to remodel/re-roof an existing structure that had been rotting for years. Justin is a craftsman with the ability to manage projects large and small. He has built everything from gorgeous Doug Fir bookshelves to a deck to an entire ADU for me. He's also installed lovely bamboo floors. He's easy to talk to and really does lovely work.

Wapato Construction did a excellent job at responding to my initial request, giving a quote and ultimately executing the job. I appreciated the work ethic and precision in Justin’s work!
