We are a female run cabinet and furniture refinishing business with over 13 years of experience. We bring your worn kitchen and bathroom cabinets back to their original condition or stain darker using only non toxic (water based) products, dustless sanding and sealing with water based uv protectant floor grade finish. Friendly, professional and competitive. I love that restoring cabinets involves the artistic touch of color matching and blending combined with physical activity. We were in a bind for time to have our cabinets refinished, and were delighted that Christine was available for our project. She fit us into her schedule, showed up when promised, and finished the project on time. She was both artist and craftsperson, restoring our cabinets to their original color and finish. She cares about the quality of her work, and is wonderful to work and communicate with.

Christine restored and stained our outdated oak kitchen cabinets, added beadboard to the island, and installed cabinet hardware. She was awesome to work with and helped a lot with design and color ideas. The whole process only took two days which was awesome and was very affordable. Our kitchen looks beautiful, thank you so much!

Christine at This Fine Day was amazing! She was extremely knowledgeable, affordable, and easy to work with. My cabinets were damaged from the sun, covered with water stains, and had years of wear and tear. I wasn't sure they were ever going to look good again and sure enough, she performed her magic! I couldn't be happier and can't belive she did it all in a day and a half! Thanks Christine!!

Wood walls are $8-$12 per sq foot including installation. Wood restoration and painting projects vary.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will arrange a convenient time and day to come measure your space and scope the job and deliver a quote within 24 hours. all estimates are free of charge. Once the project is scheduled we require a minimal deposit to secure your work date. DUE TO COVID-19 proposals are now offered via phone through photos and a series of questions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 15 years of restoring cabinets, floors, windows, banisters and counters
