- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very straightforward, we charge a flat rate for all of our jobs, no hidden fees and you know exactly what you will be paying when you book with us, no need to go through the hassle of estimates or quotes. The first hour is $200, this covers our technicians travel time and to make sure they have the required tools, and second hour is needed it is an additional $125. Plus, 50% off your first booking!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our easy to navigate automatic booking system makes any new customer feel like they have been with us for years. Just enter your address and service you want, and with a little more information, you are set! Our customers pick and choose when they want their service, and we will be there to help.

We have worked with a wide range of customers, from high sales realtors that need some quick fixes for a listing of theirs from family members just down the street that can't quite finish a job.
