- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our service call is $95, but it’s free if you move forward with the repair. We also offer 10% off for seniors and $10 off when you book online.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we talk about the issue you’re having, but the technician always comes out to properly diagnose the problem on-site. That way, we know exactly what’s going on before we start any work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed professional appliance repair training, I’m fully licensed and insured, and I’ve been working with appliances since 2017.
