- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have very low overhead, and pass this discount along to our customers in the form of lower prices than the competition. If your holiday light installation takes less than the minimum two hours, you can have our handyman fix other tasks around the house to meet the full two hours. (Example: last job he fixed a pilot light in the fireplace because lightning installation only took 1.5 hours!)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Handyman will make contact with Thumbtack customers via the messaging app first. He will follow up with a phone call if no response is received in 2 hours to answer questions or explain the process.
