Jessica Robinson became my health coach in 2014. Through our bi-weekly meetings, she has changed the way I look at myself and helped me to become more aware of the choices I make regarding my health. Instead of just going through the motions in my life, I have learned how food can affect my mood, how my health correlates to my outlook on a daily basis, and how small changes can have a big impact. Jessica has been extremely attentive as a coach and has gotten to know what style of coaching works best for me in order to get the most out of my training. In between our meetings, I receive several emails or texts with articles, recipes or just words of encouragement to help keep me on track. I love that the focus of our meetings is on improving my overall physical health, but I enjoy the extra attention paid to my emotional well being and the discussions we have regarding my work and personal life as well as ways to manage stress. Overall, I would whole-heartedly recommend Jessica Robinson as a health coach.
