Joel is experienced, competent, efficient and thorough. I tagged along behind him, trying not to get in the way. He was friendly and informative, explaining things in much greater detail than might be communicated in a written report. My questions prompted deep explanations. Don't get me wrong, the report, which came later that day, had well over 40 pages of reading and a hundred, or so, photographs. Sadly, all those photos showed faults which ultimately persuaded me to reject this property. Do I regret spending money on that report? Hell, no! He saved me from making a $200,000 mistake! I will be using him again, in the future.

Pricing is based on sq.ft. And age of building. Packages are available that include home inspection, sewer scope, and radon test, or any combination. A list of prices is available on our web site.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We understand your tight inspection period, and every customer will receive a detailed inspection report with pictures the same day as the inspection.
