At Preferred Home Inspections, we not only follow the Oregon Standard of Practice (required by law), but go beyond these Standards to provide an even more comprehensive report. Pricing is based on sq.ft. And age of building. Packages are available that include home inspection, sewer scope, and radon test, or any combination. A list of prices is available on our web site.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We understand your tight inspection period, and every customer will receive a detailed inspection report with pictures the same day as the inspection.
