Growing up with a Grandmother who believed in etiquette above all, cleanliness has always been a part of my life. I've always felt that there is something very satisfying in being able to enjoy your house without the chore of cleaning hanging over your head. Owning my own business and enabling people to enjoy more time in the house they love and the city they live makes this job truly worth the hard work. As an owner my mission continues to focus on providing the both best quality service to our clients while building an inviting work environment for my employees. I don't just run the business end of things, but work along side my employees, and therefore understand the work that goes into leaving your home sparkling clean. In doing so I can better ensure our services consistently meet the needs of our client. In addition I have come to understand that cleaning is though work, and as such contentiously aim to pay my employees a living wage and build an inviting place of work.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer several types, each priced somewhat differently.
Regular Residential Cleaning: Priced on a flat rate by the number of beds and baths in the home and the type of service (standard or deep clean) with discounts based on the frequency of service.
Post-Construction Cleaning: Hourly Rate, 65$ per hour per cleaner
Ozone Air Treatment: Flat rate based on the square footage of the home.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It can vary. We have a website were clients can book or they can contact us and we can book them into our system. If we haven't booked them our selve we review the booking and confirm schedule availability. On the date of service we typically send a team of 2-3 staff member, one of which will be a lead. At the end of the service the lead will do a walk through of the home with the client to ensure we are meeting expectations. One the clean is complete we collect payment for the service. All services are provided an emailed receipt.

Alice the owner is a ISSA Residential Member, has 11 years of experience in residential cleaning in addition to completing:
Professional House Cleaning Certification from ARCSI of Division of ISSA
