5 STARS ACCOSS THE BOARD! Colin the owner spoke with me about the service he provides and in my case, I was in need of a move-out cleaning. Warning: cleaner lies.
Their coordinator/scheduler is so professional and a sweetheart, but this ended up not being a good match due to what seems like different standards of clean. Had two cleans done by the same person. First one felt good coming back to, but the cleaner did not touch the space under my bed and the couch (both were neither low to the ground, nor had to be moved). Later explanation came as not having proper tools for that at the time (?… isn’t this a professional cleaning service?).
Second clean was more frustrating as I found crumbles on floors, dirty corners, full trash cans, stains left on the counters and mantel, and they threw away their disposable mop covers into my recycling. When questioned through the coordinator, the cleaner shamelessly lied that they did empty the trash cans, which was just the last drop for me to terminate my biweekly service.
They might be great for someone else, but for some reason for me it felt like they decided to cut some corners which I find an unreliable quality with the mix of lying attached to it which broke my trust instantly.

Had a very sudden move out scheduled then had to reschedule and they accommodated me amazingly. Had Bailey and Keishia do my move out clean and they were super amazing and efficient! Highly recommend!!!
