HIRE HER !!! Yullia take tremendous pride in her work and will leave you're home shining from ceiling to floor . I recently sold my home and was required to provide a professional cleaning post move out for the buyers . My realtor oversaw the work since I had already move out of state . What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Standard cleaning is priced by the number of bedrooms and bathrooms. Deep and move-out cleaning depend on the condition of the home and the work requested, so we confirm the final quote before the job. We bring our own cleaning supplies. Common add-ons are inside fridge $40, oven $40, interior cabinets $50, interior windows from $50, laundry $25, and a $25 pet fee. Recurring discounts apply after the first cleaning: 7% weekly, 5% every two weeks, or 3% monthly. Home organizing starts at $50 per hour; we confirm the number of organizers and the estimate in advance.
