Elena is a very conscientious and a reliable person who is our absolute "go to" when we need our place clean. I have been working with her for a few months and every time she visits our home, we are delighted with the results. The bathroom shines brightly and everything is completely clean. She vacuums our couches, then flips and fluffs the cushions and makes sure ALL surfaces are clean and dust free. Our kitchen can be tricky because we do a lot of cooking and have a lot of clutter, but she makes sure to clean well and put everything back neatly in it's place - never that "ransacked" effect you get from less experienced cleaners. She even cleans our oven, inside and out!

Elena really took her time and did a wonderful job, the best cleaning I've experienced since moving to Portland 8 years ago! She did a good deep clean and didn't miss a thing. When complete she sincerely encouraged me to look around and find anything she may have missed, saying she'd address it before she departed. Impressive. I will definitely use her service again...very soon!

Elena has been working for me for a couple years now. She is very reliable, dedicated, extremely efficient and does a thorough job cleaning my busy 5600 SF home from top to bottom. Elena goes the extra mile with deep cleaning in areas that my previous housekeepers have missed. She is a very kind, gentle and caring lady who always a smile on her face.
