About
Northwest Refresh is a family-owned business run by two cousins, proudly serving the Portland area. I (Taylor) got my start over 5 years ago, trained by my father-in-law who spent 26+ years perfecting the art of tile and grout restoration. From him, I learned to treat every home with care, and that quality work always comes first.
Today, we carry that legacy forward — offering expert tile cleaning, regrouting, recaulking, and sealing with five-star service you can trust.

They were very diligent and thorough in their initial assessment and the full day of the work on our main shower walls, door, and floor. The finished work was an absolutely amazing transformation back to the original tile and glass. They were very personable as well. Totally worth their service!!

He arrived on time and got to work right away. He clearly explained the work and answered my questions fully and made good suggestions. I really love the final look and feel good that this work is completed to my needs and expectations. If I had more tile work to be installed or repaired I would certainly hire him again. Friendly and professional. Thank you so much!

Taylor answered immediately when I posted the project. Scheduled an estimate which went very smoothly. The estimate included all of the special requests that I had asked for. The price was reasonable and when he came to do the work it was impeccable. Standing and will use him again
