- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. As a franchise partner of You've Got MAIDS, we have the benefit of two things. First is our own patented "Maids University." Maid U as we call it keeps us up to date on the latest trends in housekeeping. Second, and a partner, we are in the loop of what approximately 30 similar companies around the country are doing. Everything from tips on hiring and training staff to the latest techniques in cleaning homes is available for the asking.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I believe in self employment and small business. I found an industry that is interesting and rewarding all at the same time.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We consider ourselves as great cleaners of surfaces. We do the heavy lifting in peoples houses so far as cleaning goes. A typical house will be a middle class family with a busy life that benefits when the stress and strain of cleaning it is lifted.
