Arts Painting did a wonderful job sanding and staining our deck! I would recommend him to family and friends. He was able to complete the job very fast. He has good communication in person and with messaging/ emailing. I actually think it looks better than when it was very first stained a yr ago when we had the deck built. I would hire again!

Art was very communicative throughout the whole process. He went above and beyond to meet my needs, when I asked for a few sample colors he provided more to give a good range of choices. He was polite, very quick to complete the job but also had high quality work. We absolutely love the way our deck and front steps came out. I will definitely consider him for other painting work. Absolutely a great experience and no surprises! They were quick to respond to my last minute request. Very nice and explained everything upfront. They were punctual and job was done within a few hours. We first connecting just two nights before! It was so nice to have this go so well. Baseboards had to be installed and painted, which was nerve-racking considering new carpet just went in. All went well. I highly recommend!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I'm working with a new customer, I always take the time to listen. Following through with the customers requests not only does it make me happy, but it also makes the customer happy. By doing this I am allowing a further relationship to be built so that in the future if this customer needs another project completed, they know who to call.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the painting industry for a long time. You can say I have had a taste of everything.
