I really don't like leaving negative reviews online, but I feel it's necessary to warn others. We hired Michael for what should have been a straightforward job with a clearly defined scope. Unfortunately, the entire experience was frustrating and disappointing. The scheduling was a complete nightmare. We never knew if or when they would show up, and they frequently arrived late, which made it impossible for us to plan our afternoons and evenings. Despite making it very clear that we had limited time, the job, which was estimated to take 3-4 days, ended up dragging on for almost two weeks due to poor organization. To make matters worse, they lacked basic equipment and even had to borrow tools from us! My husband helped them significantly, cutting vinyl planks and carrying materials from the garage. The whole point of hiring them was to avoid dealing with the remodeling ourselves, yet we ended up being deeply involved in the work, despite paying a considerable amount of money. The quality of their work was disappointing. They had no proper lighting equipment, so it’s no surprise that the painting job was sloppy. The door and baseboards were a mess, with crude, uneven brush strokes, dried paint drips, and the old paint layer clearly visible through the new one. The door ended up looking worse than before they started. They promised to do caulking but never did. They also left many small tasks unfinished, which we have to spend our weekend correcting, including repainting the door ourselves and fix other imperfections they left behind. Their work was amateurish and unprofessional, and they seemed inexperienced at best. I honestly can't understand how they manage to run a business like this. We definitely won't be using their services again, and I strongly urge others to think twice before hiring them.
