At 77 Concrete & Landscaping, pricing is always transparent and customized to each project. We provide free on-site estimates and break down all costs upfront so there are no surprises. Larger projects may qualify for bundled discounts, and we never charge hidden fees. Final pricing is based on materials, project size, and labor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a consultation—either on-site or virtual—to understand your vision and needs. After evaluating the space, we provide a detailed estimate and timeline. Once approved, we schedule the job, maintain communication throughout the project, and complete the work with quality inspections to ensure you’re fully satisfied.
