Working with Max was an absolute breeze. Prior to booking with Max, I had received 4 different quotes for a fence, a large tree removal job, and some landscaping. Max gave me the best deal. But more importantly, he met me with the most enthusiasm and energy about the project. He also gave me ideas and guided me vs. me coming up with all the ideas and vision. It was nice to have that kind of support on a high value project. Especially with someone that beat the competitors’ price. We are thrilled with the work. Immediately, I recognized it was going to be a bit bigger of a job than initially anticipated with the tree removal. Especially since he needed to be careful they didn’t fall on my neighbor’s property. Max communicated it very early. That was the only minor hiccup in the entire process but it was entirely honest and hugely obvious. I even asked him to take down more trees than originally planned. Things come up. That’s part of any big job and it’s important to remember that. Max didn’t try to take advantage of me or my budget at all. He’s a genuinely good guy. He’s professional, timely, follows-up re: schedule very quickly and usually by text which I found to be very efficient. He always let me know when they’d be arriving. His crew is great. They work diligently but I still heard them laughing and having a good time, too. It mirrored his original enthusiasm about the work, the project, and his overall attitude. 10/10 experience for me. I would highly recommend Max to anyone, but especially to any first time home buyer nervous about their first big project. He’ll give you a fair price, do excellent work with a great crew, and make sure you feel great about his work before he leaves. I’ll definitely be calling max again for any future work. Additional note: your quote will be official and and you’ll sign a work contract before beginning. Max offers a professional service. He isn’t pitching prices by text or in person. He’ll draw it up for you and present the quote document but you can also negotiate. If he can help you, he will! I knew his price was fair based in the other quotes I received. Thanks Max! You are the man. I appreciate you and your team!
