From the first meeting with Max, we knew he understood our vision. We had an above ground pool, and after its removal, we were stuck with a 20 ft circle of sand. We knew we needed to get rid of the giant kitty litter box! We now have a beautiful circular patio. Max and his team, were friendly and hardworking. They completed the project on time. We were so pleased, that we will be working with them on a front yard redo soon.

Max and his crew are the absolute best! Had major hard and softscaping done ( French drain, patio, retaining wall) and they did above and beyond. Quality work and they stick to the timeline! Max and his team took meticulous care of our property and neighbors plants while installing a French drain and sidewalk path. Max’s team was good natured about having to dig out a swampy side yard after heavy rains, and never complained. The results of the sidewalk are beautiful. Max took the extra time to wash down our driveway, sidewalk, and street. His team came prepared to work hard everyday and kept all promised dates and times proposed.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We’re transparent. Labor runs around $65–70/hour per crew member depending on the work. Materials are itemized. We offer a 5% cash discount if you want it. Standard terms are 50% deposit to schedule, 50% on completion. No surprises.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Start with a site visit to understand what they’re working with and what they actually want. Then I put together a detailed estimate—not just a number, but an itemized breakdown so they know exactly what they’re paying for. Once we agree on scope, we schedule the work and keep communication open throughout. Two-year warranty on labor and materials is standard.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Licensed contractor in Oregon (CCB# 251147), fully bonded and insured. Years of hands-on experience in landscaping, hardscaping, synthetic turf installation, and fencing. I’m constantly staying current on materials and techniques—this industry changes, and you have to keep up.
