From the first meeting with Max, we knew he understood our vision. We had an above ground pool, and after its removal, we were stuck with a 20 ft circle of sand. We knew we needed to get rid of the giant kitty litter box! We now have a beautiful circular patio. Max and his team, were friendly and hardworking. They completed the project on time. We’re transparent. Labor runs around $65–70/hour per crew member depending on the work. Materials are itemized. We offer a 5% cash discount if you want it. Standard terms are 50% deposit to schedule, 50% on completion. No surprises.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Start with a site visit to understand what they’re working with and what they actually want. Then I put together a detailed estimate—not just a number, but an itemized breakdown so they know exactly what they’re paying for. Once we agree on scope, we schedule the work and keep communication open throughout. Two-year warranty on labor and materials is standard.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
