- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I operate on a case by case basis. My prices are not static, larger projects will receive steeper discounts. As do repeat clients that I enjoy working with.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I integrate technology as much as possible in simplifying my workload. A simple phone call and a few pictures usually tells me everything I need to know about the project and about the client I am looking to work with.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
16 years experience in building, decorating, and renovating. All of my training has been hands on - learning as I go. Sometimes from other skilled pros, and other times from research coupled with trial and error.
