- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I don't really do any formal continuing education, but I do try to stay up to date on the latest software and gadgets so that I can help people choose the best products for them to help them be more organized and efficient.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I needed a job that was flexible enough to work with my school schedule and still utilized the myriad of skills that I'd amassed over many years of administrative office work. So, at first it was out of necessity, but now I'm 5 years in and I love it!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I most commonly get asked to do the things that most people don't like to do. #1 Filing! It's an essential thing that lots of people fall behind on. Some other things are errands, typing, and product research to name a few.
