I charge a flat rate, which includes grocery shopping, preparing meals, and clean up either in your home or mine.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I generally start with a free 20-minute consultation to see if this is a good fit. From there we can begin the journey of food goals and what that looks like for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my Master of Science in Nutrition at NUNM. I've worked in Hawaii, Breitenbush Hotsprings, and people's homes for the past 10 years.
