About
Hello.
My rate is $110 per hour with a 4-hour minimum per session. Most projects can be completed over one or more 4–6 hour sessions depending on the scope. A complimentary consultation is included at your home and this takes about one-hour or less.
I’ve been helping people create calmer, more functional homes for years, and I genuinely love this work. My approach is practical, efficient and completely judgment-free.
I don’t believe organizing means buying a houseful of matching containers. We’ll sort through what you have, make thoughtful decisions about what stays and create simple systems that work for the way you actually live.
I’m experienced, discreet and comfortable tackling everything from kitchens and closets to paperwork, downsizing and whole-home projects. My goal is for you to feel lighter, more in control and able to maintain your space long after I leave.
ZeroChaos serves Portland, Lake Oswego, West Linn, Sherwood, Newberg and surrounding areas.
I look forward to working with you to bring order to your home.

Devon made such a huge difference in our house. We had just moved in and were feeling a bit overwhelmed. She provided excellent organizational ideas and gave us so many resources to pull from. I am having her come back soon for my craft room. Thank you!

Devon is very knowledgeable and professional without being pushy. She got my kitchen and kids playrooms organized which allowed me to utilize the spaces more efficiently and with less stress. The best part was she repurposed some space in my kids playroom for their desks so that my husband could now use the niche in our upstairs hallway for his home office.

Devon is great to work with! I consider myself pretty organized but knew that I wanted to try something different and needed to get my kitchen "market ready" as I am putting my house up for sale. I couldn't be happier with the decision. She helped me make my kitchen even more functional and also helped it look more "staged" for buyers. She was on time, has great communication and truly was a joy to tackle my problem spaces with! I learned that even an organized person can use some fresh views and now I have new ideas for other areas of my house. I highly recommended Devon!

Devon has been more helpful then I could have imagined. I had no way to realize a solution to my paper pile issues. She made it fun, easy and manageable. We are still tackling the process....but I can totally imagine keeping her on for more of my organization needs...She is very comfortable and easy to work with- I feel like she really wants to help!

Devon does a great initial consult to size the project. Then, when she arrives to do the work, she gets right down to work, rolls up her sleeves and works right along side of you. She has resources to help you get items to Goodwill or the dump which is a great relief and makes things simple. I love working with her!

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My rate is $110 per hour with a 4-hour minimum per session. Most projects can be completed over one or more 4–6 hour sessions depending on the scope.
Every project differs in scope and complexity, so estimating the precise amount of time required to complete a specific project is challenging. Though I will ALWAYS make the effort to provide the most complete service in the least amount of time.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I begin with a complimentary one-hour consultation in your home. We’ll walk through the space, talk about what isn’t working, establish priorities and create a plan. From there, we work together to edit belongings, organize what stays and create practical systems that fit the way you actually live. My rate is $110/hour with a 4-hour minimum for organizing sessions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Professional organizing does not require formal licensing, and my expertise comes from years of hands-on experience working with a wide variety of clients and projects. Before becoming an organizer, I produced advertising photo shoots in New York and elsewhere, managing complex projects with countless moving pieces. Those skills—planning, problem-solving, efficiency and attention to detail—translate beautifully to organizing homes and managing large projects.
