- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Here’s a breakdown of my personal training options: Single Session: • $80 per session Monthly Training Options: • 2x per week – $75 per session • 3x per week – $70 per session If you’re committed to training consistently, the monthly options are a great way to stay accountable while getting a better rate per session. I also understand that budgeting is important. If you’re working with a tighter budget but still want guidance and support, I offer a Hybrid Coaching Package for $250 per month that includes: • 2 in-person training sessions per month • 2 Zoom check-ins to review progress, answer questions, and adjust your plan • 2 customized workout programs to complete on your own This option gives you structure, accountability, and professional guidance while being more flexible financially.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once you decide to work with us, we want you to feel supported and confident right from the start. Your first session is an introduction session where we’ll talk about your goals, go over any relevant medical history, and do a simple evaluation to see where you’re currently at. We’ll also go through a short demo workout during that first meeting, so you can get a feel for our training style and we can see how your body moves in real time. All of this helps us understand your starting point and build a training plan that’s customized specifically for you and your lifestyle. From day one, everything is focused on making your program safe, effective, and built around helping you see steady progress.
