Wanted to tone up for my wedding.. I had been working out on my own for several months before I contacted Molly for her help. Molly was fantastic in getting macro planning & daily workouts that fit exactly what I needed. She would send videos to demonstrate exercises and she would give daily motivation & inspiration. I shared my workouts & food tracking with My Fitness Pal, & IWatch with her so she could see my daily, weekly & monthly progress.. she would make adjustments as needed. I did it .. On my wedding day I felt so beautiful, toned, fit, happy. Thank you Molly

Molly is not only an incredible coach, she is an absolute gem of a human being. Her approach is so much more than just training. She really cares about who you are, your goals and lifestyle, and uses that to customize an approach that will get you the best results. I am SO happy to have completed two training programs with her and continue to implement the things I learned from them. I have never felt healthier. Thank you SO much Molly <3
