- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
INDIVIDUAL TRAINING 4 Session package: $54 per hour session, Total: $216 8 Session package - Save 10%: Total: $388.80 @ $48.60 per hour 12 Session package - Save 15%: Total: $550.80 @ $45.90 per hour PARTNER sessions: $15 additional fee added on to each session. SMALL GROUP training (3-6 participants) 6 sessions (weekly): Total: $180 @ $30 per hour Schedule set depending on participants’ availability. 8 weeks ONLINE training (including 2 printable personalized program): Total: $349 @ $40.50 per hour + $25/ 2 programs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first meeting is a complimentary Skype, phone or on-site, consultation. During this time we, discuss goals, physical barriers, any concerns as well as I gather information about your medical history, lifestyle, current fitness level and of course answer any questions you have. At the end of this consultation we decide on the best course of action. Every client is different. During our first face to face meeting I will also assess your strengths and weaknesses and design a customized plan. After the first session within a day you, like every client of mine receive a printable, FULLY PERSONALIZED program by email you can follow on your own. As you get stronger, fitter, start losing weight (whatever your goal is) we modify the program and you receive this modifications as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Chemistry and Education and I am an American Council on Exercise Certified Personal Trainer with over 20 years of experience as a Health Coach, Medical Exercise Specialist, Group Fitness and Yoga Instructor.
