Introduction
I love working teaching people yoga to help overcome and prevent injuries, build strength, help relax a stressed out mind, and increase flexibility for an overall better quality of life. I achieve this by combing a mixture of vinyasa flow (to increase cardio, strength, and balance) and yin yoga (long-held stretches). My style is great for people who are extremely active, the sedentary, and everyone in between.
