As a certified personal trainer, I’m passionate about helping my clients transform their lives through movement. My background in yoga, group fitness and wellness coaching allows me to connect on a deeply personal level, creating a truly high-value experience that comes naturally to me. I’m an outside-the-box thinker, and designing customized workout plans isn’t just my profession—it’s something I genuinely love.
I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide variety of clients, including active agers, individuals with special needs, and people in all different life stages and with diverse goals. Every client brings something valuable and unique to the table, and the challenges and rewards of helping each person grow are what continually inspire me to do what I love.
When I’m not coaching clients, you’ll often find me creating new workout programs just for fun or taking additional trainings to continue growing as a trainer. Outside of fitness, I love traveling with my husband, going for long walks with our dogs, and spending as much time as possible with our adult (and almost adult) children. I’m happiest when I can visit the desert or the ocean—two places that always recharge my spirit.
