I am not sure where to start because this woman is fire! I found her online. I took a chance. All of our communication was fast, on time and concise. I am a middle age mom of three. Later mom. Always struggled with weight but since my teenage years prioritized diet and exercise. Close to 50 has brought new challenges. I am 2.5 weeks in and in love! The accountability, the challenge, the encouragement! She is fire!
