Matt is a extremely knowledgeable and detailed trainer. He evaluated my specific needs eg. (very sore biceps tendon from too much swimming ) and helped me build up and strengthen the surrounding muscels so i could recover. Also, he has helped me strengthen the areas that needed to be enhanced so that i could be a much stronger 72 year old man. It is quite evident to me that he is very studious in his knowledge of the body and how it functions so that he is always aware of anything that would be harmful to me. Matt has been training me for 6 years preparing me, through my discharge from the Navy in 2016, for my first football season at Southwestern College in 2017. Last year I sustained tendinitis in both knees during Southwestern's summer workouts, and had it throughout the season. He wrote out a specific training regimen tailored to reversing my tendinitis in December 2017, and within 2 months it has been completely reversed. Subsequently, I managed to PR in squat at 525 during my team's spring lifts. I highly recommend Matt for not only his knowledge, but his passion,energy, and attentiveness during workouts.Aug 28, 2018
Matt has worked with my daughter who plays competitive soccer at a high level. Matt put her on a strength training and speed/agility program, within 3-4 weeks I started to see a difference during practice and games. Her speed increased as well as her ability to body opponents off the ball. This led to her feeling more confident and willing to push herself further. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I always start off with a comprehensive assessment on the fist session free of charge. I assess the clients strengths, weaknesses, mobility, and stability in order to see what would benefit their body and their goals the most. It's also important to me to understand the client, their goals, and especially why these goals are important to them.
